  • What is the role of the horse in the coaching process?
The horse is a mediator and an accelerator in the coaching process by acting as a mirror of our general state of being, our thought patterns and behaviours. The coach creates the ground conditions and translate the horse’s responses to facilitate the coaching agenda from designing the path towards the business strategy, managing the change or conflicts, fostering innovative thinking, to increasing cohesion and collective leadership.
  • Do I need to know how to do horse-riding?
No. All activities take place on the ground. You do not ride horses and do not need any previous riding experience. Animal fears are sometimes even a great opportunity to surpass oneself gently and safely. I will guide the participants at their personal level of comfort around horses.
  • What do I need to bring for my equus-coaching session
We recommend you to bring: - A notebook - Closed shoes are mandatory for your safety - Cap, sunglasses, sunscreen - Comfortable outfit - Bottle of water
